The Oakgrove School Uniform and Dress Code
Uniform
Pupils are requested to wear full school uniform during school hours unless otherwise instructed:-
- White shirt/polo shirt
- Black/grey trousers /skirt
- School Sweatshirt (available to buy from school)
- Black school shoes
- Black pumps to wear in school
P.E. Kit
- Black shorts and/or jogging bottoms
- Black sweatshirt
- White round neck t shirt
- Trainers and black school pumps.
Hairstyles
Your child’s haircut must be appropriate for school.
Inappropriate hairstyles include: Mohican, designs shaved into the hair, dyed or highlighted hair, any other style the Headteacher deems inappropriate.
If your child has long hair then it must be tied back for certain activities such as PE, Games, Playtime, D&T, etc.
Jewellery
In the interests of safety and security, NO jewellery is to be worn in school. This includes watches.
Sweatshirts
These can be purchased from the School Office. Payment can be made by either cash or cheque.
Cheques to be made payable to Oakgrove School.
The cost of the sweatshirts are:
Ages 5 – 6 – £11.00
Ages 7-8 – £11.00
Ages 9-11 – £11.00
Ages 12-13 – £12.00
Ages 14-15 – £12.00
Book Bags – These can be purchased from the school office at a cost of £4.00
